Practice Areas
Representation and legal advisory services in international commercial and investment arbitration. Particular expertise includes issues concerning the validity of arbitration agreements, jurisdiction, determination of applicable law, multi-tier dispute resolution mechanisms, and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Advising domestic and foreign investors on corporate and commercial law matters in Türkiye, including company formation, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidation procedures.
Drafting, negotiation, and execution of international commercial contracts, with comprehensive legal support throughout the negotiation process to safeguard clients’ interests in cross-border transactions and business partnerships.
Advising foreign investors on the regulatory framework governing foreign direct investment in Türkiye, including administrative procedures before public authorities and support in contract negotiations and dispute resolution processes.
Providing legal assistance to foreign nationals in matters relating to residence permits, work permits, and related administrative procedures in Türkiye.
